Our office is staffed Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Outside normal office hours, existing clients and families can speak to someone if something needs attention between 7am and 10pm, seven days a week.
For routine matters outside office hours, please leave a voicemail or send us an email so that the office team can pick it up.
Between 10pm and 7am, calls go to voicemail.
